forever and a half since my last post

Yeah, it's definitely been forever since my last post. I can't even really explain why it's taken me this long. I'll just say I was abducted. By... the cast of the 1980 movie "Fame". Sounds believable enough. And for the record, Alan Parker has leathery hands.

Anyway, to give a big ol' status update, I'm a senior here in Binghamton University. I've been on the edge of my seat for the past few months because I'm dying to be a grad student here. I'm applying for an MS in Engineering both here and RIT (I know, only two schools) and I'm crossing my fingers so hard I could cry. Why do I want to be here so bad? Well, the people I love and care about are here, of course, and I just can't imagine not being in the Pappys. Cheesy, I know, but my tears have a tint of Gouda.

I've been pretty uninspired lately. Been trying to make a flash cartoon, but it's hard to without a plot in mind. Once i have a plot, I'm sure i could write up a script and some characters. But until then, I'm the Martin Scorcese of Squat. But, here's a few snapshots of what I'm working on:

As you can see this needs a bit of work. The fat guy i the middle of the last one is my favorite. His name's Chag (for now). I reworked him in panel 1 to not look like a retarded donut. I think I made an improvement.
